NicoLan Strategies was founded by Olayanju and Nicole, a team whose combined experience across healthcare operations, clinical services, and business strategy makes them uniquely equipped to solve the problems most providers and organizations face every day.
Olayanju is the Founder and Chief Executive of NicoLan Strategies. Before launching NicoLan, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of an ABA and healthcare organization, where he gained deep, hands-on experience managing the operational infrastructure of a growing healthcare company, including the credentialing process, provider enrollment, compliance requirements, and the administrative systems that keep a practice running. He saw the gaps, understood the costs, and built NicoLan Strategies specifically to solve them. His background is not theoretical; it comes from sitting inside a healthcare organization and knowing exactly where things break down and why.
Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Vice President of Clinical Services with years of direct experience in the ABA and behavioral health industry. Her clinical expertise and firsthand familiarity with the credentialing and enrollment process gives NicoLan a perspective that most credentialing services cannot offer. We understand what providers experience because we have worked alongside them.
Together, they built NicoLan because they watched firsthand how credentialing delays, enrollment bottlenecks, and operational gaps cost healthcare providers thousands of dollars in lost revenue and hundreds of hours of unnecessary stress, and decided to build a solution that actually works.
